An Appeal for Gabiley Hospital project
Dear Reader,
By now you will have already heard about the enormous campaign underway to raise funds for the reconstruction of the Gabiley General Hospital.
Gabiley is a part of a region that has been affected by the civil war in Somalia in 1980s. This civil war shattered the lives of ordinary people and completely destroyed the health care system. The only hospital in Gabiley region was reduced to rubble. To this day the hospital has not been rebuilt. The lack of hospital brought hardship and suffering to over 250,000 inhabitants. They have no means of accessing the most basic and essential treatments. This specially affects the most vulnerable members, mainly women, children and the elderly.
In order to alleviate the plight and the suffering of the people in the region we are appealing to everyone to donate generously to help us accomplish the completion of this humanitarian and noble project.
We pray that Allah rewards you for your efforts and contribution for this charitable cause.
Please donate generously and send your donation to: *************************** *****Jazaa akalaahu kheyr *************************************** UK residents: GARDO(Hospital subcommittee) Dahabshiil account( for international use): d 9496 Contacts: Dr Mohamed Ali Farah: 07949514936.
